On November 21st, Stephen Lecce, MPP for King-Vaughan attended the King Council Inaugural Ceremony to congratulate the newly elected members of council as they were sworn in.
“Congratulations to the newly elected members as they form council for the 2022-2026 term,” said Stephen Lecce, MPP for King-Vaughan. “I am thankful for a strong partnership with the Township of King that has allowed us to make advancements in infrastructure; notably, the King City GO station, Southlake Hospital, and broadband connectivity. I look forward to continuing to work closely with the newly elected council to complete the state-of-the-art Township Wide Recreation Centre, supported by $17.6 million by the Ontario government. Moreover, I look forward to continued partnership as I advance the creation of the East Humber Headwaters Park for families to enjoy for generations to come.”
